Good morning everyone! The past few days have been very informative here at AASA's National Conference on Education. This years focus is on leading for student-centered, equity-focused education. I have met so many new people doing equity work across the nation in different school districts and schools. There have been many examples of success, but definitely stories of disappoint and racist opposition... yes I said racist opposition. When you reflect on your experiences over the past 2 years, what positive and negative realizations come to mind? How did you deal with them?
